David Daulby John, just been informed about the passing of you Dad and I wanted to express my deepest sympathies at you loss. As you know I had the pleasure of working with Mike on a number of occasions and apart from being a rum old bugger he was above all, a gentleman and a pleasure to work with and an honour to have met him.
